Phil Thomson

Executive Director

Phil Thomson serves as our Executive Director. Phil is passionate about growing the GLS to activate leadership across the nation. He has an MBA and a Masters of Arts (Christian Leadership) along with experience in both the business sector and faith community. Phil is also a qualified Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker, certified as a founding partner with the John Maxwell Team. In addition to his work with GLNA, he enjoys serving in an itinerant ministry alongside his wife Bel Thomson (award-winning Christian singer, songwriter and speaker). Phil & Bel have two young children Michael and Abigail, with whom Phil enthusiastically shares his love of the Liverpool Football Club.

Bronwyn Nance

National Administrator and Event Coordinator

Bronwyn has served as the GLNA Administrator and Event Coordinator since 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in Administration and Event Management within corporate, church and not for profit sectors. Bronwyn is married to Andrew and is mum to 3 teenage boys.  She enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family, which usually involves bmx-ing and dirtbikes or having coffee catch-ups with friends.

Nadine Hardy

Finance & Admin Assistant

Nadine serves Global Leadership Network Australia by managing the finances and providing administrative support in the office. With a strong background in finance and administration she brings experience and proficiency to the team. She has served in leadership roles in the church community and has had many years’ experience financially managing a faith-based not-for-profit organisation. Nadine is married to John. They have two children who enjoy going to the beach, and also love to explore the beautiful Australian coastline in their caravan.

Nick Foord

National Producer

Nick Foord is a long-standing leader at Kardinia Church. His commitment and extensive skill-set has seen him manage and lead a diversity of roles in Youth and Young Adult Ministries, Communications, Production, Human Resources and Operations. Nick is passionate about equipping leaders and teams to take the overall vision and turn it into a reality. A Host Site Producer for GLS in Geelong for many years, Nick is now the National Producer for Global Leadership Network Australia. Nick is married to Jen and also loves his sport, sharing his love for the Boston Celtics with anyone he can and of course the home town football club Geelong Cats!

Lisa Gageler

Digital Design & Communications

Lisa manages the marketing and digital design for the GLNA. Lisa is a digital marketing expert with years of experience in copywriting, graphic design, photography and communication. Passionate about reaching and engaging people through the online world and casting vision for action, her goals are to mobile people towards their next steps in leadership and increase the brand awareness and reach of the GLNA. In her spare time, you’ll find Lisa travelling the world with husband Phillip, in the kitchen baking sourdough (new found hobby), or spending quality time with her family and grandchildren – usually involving food!

Fiona Cochrane

Next Generation Engagement Officer

Fiona is a qualified Youth Worker with over 20 years of industry experience. Operating across multiple platforms Fiona has run her own business as a Youth Consultant in the North Queensland region and worked in high schools, not-for-profits and community organisations such as the North QLD Cowboys, Department of Education, YWAM (Youth With A Mission) and the local Church. Alongside her husband John, she also serves as Co-Pastors for The Rock Church in Townsville. They have two amazing children, William and Harvey, and enjoy long walks together on the beach and listening to Christmas music all year round!
