Featuring a combination of live elements along with pre-recorded world-class speaker content full of fresh and practical leadership insights participants will encounter leadership themes such as creative problem solving, discovering your strengths, living without regrets, developing personal resilience and fostering a culture of high performance. (Sessions may include faith-based content)

The NEXT GEN GLS recognises eight different culture-shaping Spheres of Influence in society that build strong communities. It engages experienced professionals and world-class faculty to share cutting edge content to enhance leadership skills and equip individuals to be confident, creative, and compassionate leaders.

Bear Grylls

Adventurer; Writer; TV Host

Bear Grylls is the embodiment of adventure. A former member of the British Special Forces, Grylls has climbed Everest and crossed the Arctic Ocean in an inflatable boat. His Emmy-nominated TV show Man Vs Wild became one of the most-watched programs on the planet with an estimated audience of 1.2 billion. He is a number 1 best-selling author and has sold over 15 million books. These include his autobiography Mud, Sweat and Tears, and this year a powerful new book on faith called: Soul Fuel. Bear will be joining us by video from the mountains in Switzerland, and is speaking on courage, kindness and never giving up.

She has developed a science-based framework for understanding different personalities to improve our EQ and communication skills. She is the best-selling author of Captivate: The Science of Succeeding with People.

Using the latest neuroscience and psychology Vanessa teaches how leaders can build both trust and confidence through verbal cues, nonverbal signals and their mindset.

Dr. Krish Kandiah

Founder, Home for Good; Consultant; Social Entrepreneur

An advocate for fostering and adoption, Dr. Kandiah is the founding director of Home for Good, a charity seeking to find permanent loving homes for children in the UK foster care system. He is the author of 13 books including his latest, Faitheism: Why Christians and Atheists have more in common than you think. He is a regular broadcaster on the BBC and a contributor to the Guardian and Times of London. An international speaker and consultant, he offers both creativity and academic reflection to bring strategic change, culture shift and innovation. Dr. Kandiah and his wife have 7 children through birth, adoption and fostering.

At the NEXT GEN GLS, Dr. Krish will share how Vision, Inclusion and Proximity (VIP) can foster a new approach to leadership. He challenges listeners to see the potential in people when others only see problems.
