Registration

Does everyone attending GLS require their own ticket?

Yes. We ask that you honour our request that every person who attends GLS must be an individual ticket–holder. This ensures our ongoing viability as a not-for-profit and allows us to continue to offer access to the Summit at a very affordable price. ​

What does my GLS Summit registration include?

Attend the Summit physically, Digital/Physical Summit notebook, lunch and tea-breaks.​

How do I update each person's details in my group booking?

You can log in to your account on our website, www.glssingapore.org, using the email address you used during registration. Click here for guide. OR you can contact us to assist you at info@glssingapore.org.

Can I register as a group without having all the group members’ details?

Yes, you can.

Simply skip the attendee details page and proceed to the checkout. The person who completes the registration will be able to log in later and update the attendees’ information at any time at least 2 weeks before the event.

Are concession rates available?

No. We have intentionally reduced the ticket price for GLS to enable more people than ever to experience the Summit.​

Can I cancel my GLS ticket?

No, all GLS registrations are non-refundable.​

Is the ticket transferable?

Tickets are transferable, however, you must inform us at least one month in advance. Kindly write to info@glssingapore.org.​

FAQ for Overseas Participants

I am coming from overseas. Will GLS Singapore arrange accommodation or transportation for me?

We’re delighted you’re considering joining us! Please note that GLS Singapore does not provide accommodation or transportation. Overseas attendees will need to make their own arrangements for lodging, airport transfers, and daily travel to the venue.

Do I need a visa or entry permit to attend the GLS in Singapore?

All overseas attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary entry permits, visas, or travel documents to enter Singapore. As GLS is a global conference held in many countries, we highly encourage you to attend a GLS near your location for convenience. You may check glni.org to find a GLS site closest to you.

Can GLS Singapore provide an invitation letter for my visa application?

We’re sorry, GLS Singapore does not issue invitation letters. Participants are fully responsible for securing their own entry documents as required by Singapore authorities.
